This product has worked great from the start. I would set the timer to auto on/off. After a few days I noticed that the light didn't go out. So I resorted to disabling it either manually or through the app. Then I noticed the lights a few hours later. This thing is out of control. I contacted the company and was told I would receive a replacement product and would return the original AFTER I received the replacement. That was October 2020. I received an email this morning (March 2021) saying they expect my return by March 4th and since I have not sent it back they are charging me again. After trying for WEEKS in October to get a straight answer, is this how you run your business?! ATTENTION TO THE BUYER!
