I knew the product was broken when I opened the box. As I took the frame pieces out of the box I realized that Samsung is really taking advantage of the frame TV market and selling a cheap product for people who really want to look like a framed work of art. I mean, that's why you would buy a TV, right? And if this product really had content, I would understand it, but this product is nothing more than a cheap material that reminds me of colored pencils put together and sold as a $200 "frame". I have no doubts the next one will break as well because these "frames" are so cheap and flimsy that any bend or drop will instantly break them. I understand that the product needs to be lightweight so as not to damage or weigh down the TV and I'm not sure what I was expecting but after touching the product it screams nothing but cheap. Hope it doesn't look cheap once installed. Yes, I ordered another one directly from Samsung because the Revain was sold out and I want to use the TV to make it look like a bezel, but now it's gotten to be one of those "money pit" feelings. Buy an expensive TV, but then you have to buy an actual "bezel" that you hope will actually work and resemble the marketing images they use. Hopefully we can actually get the next "frame" without damaging it. I'm afraid any appeal will break it. You can get other frames "after sale" but they're significantly more expensive ($600+) which is ridiculous, but until other brands participate in this win, we're here.
