Review on πŸ₯Ύ Sportneer Ice Cleats: 19-Spike Stainless Steel Crampons for Safe Walking, Climbing, and Hiking on Snow by Anuj Mierzejewski

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Amazing traction at a great price

I have a few minor issues with this product but for what it is intended for it deserves 5 out of 5 stars. I took it on some really steep, slippery inclines and I had no problems (I also had a stick). Which is frankly very impressive and I would trust them on any slippery slope. The only drawback is that they can sometimes slip off my feet when climbing the constantly changing slopes (men's shoes size 10). In 10 hours of use I had to reconfigure them 4-5 times. Most of the time, my left foot would slip off the toe to the side. One day the links on both sides came off and they broke off in the toe area and only landed on the back half of my feet. Although it didn't affect traction and correction, the problem only lasted about 30 seconds in all cases. Also, as mentioned above, I wore shoes, not boots. I don't see a slippage problem when wearing boots as they would be a much tighter fit. After all, if you want great grip at a surprisingly low price, you can't go wrong. The product looks solid and does not deform when walking on the sidewalk (parking before driving on a slippery road). They went a bit over the top when doing a side trail which is slippery at times as the spikes are about an inch tall.
