Review on ⚡ Efficient Charging Solution: Lightning Braided Charger Compatible with Multiple Devices by Ronggolawe Denney

I received these 3 chargers with 6ft cables which I think are excellent value for money. Well, the 1st cable stopped working after about 2 weeks. I gave one as a gift and kept the other for myself. Well since October 10th I've noticed that the small part that fits in my Apple phone seems a bit tricky to fit. I flipped it over and it went in but it didn't show that it was charging. I examined the cable and phone and saw that half of the charging bit was broken in half and the other was broken in my phone. I know this happened after the 30 day return window so my problem now is that I have to pick up the phone and pay someone to remove the broken charger from my phone. Please let us know how you maintain your product to achieve some level of customer satisfaction. Many Thanks.
