Works for a few days, then the remote control doesn't work.

The remote control stopped working after a week. It was out of service most of the week because I was driving another car. I have sent my concerns to the manufacturer and am now just waiting for them to reply. I'll try to continue this review as soon as they get back to me. UPDATE: The manufacturer replied to me via email within just one day. My problem was not solved. They want me to send them the order number or SKU number so they can test it. How is the product I have tested? I don't know but I sent them pictures of what they asked for so we'll see.
