Great little piece.
Love this piece. I can wear it 24/7. Had no problem getting it open or closed. The size fits perfect. It's delicate and pretty. (I got the aura one) Doesn't irritate my ears, which is great because for some reason my helix piercing gets easily irritated and I usually don't wear anything in that hole when I sleep. But I haven't had to remove this at all. I use the phone at work constantly and it hasn't gotten irritated from being knocked by the phone or anything. I actually ordered another one in gold just now.
