About a year ago I bought a smaller version of the J-Tech Wireless Vertical Mouse after a long battle with shoulder pain. To my great surprise, within a few weeks, my shoulder pain was completely gone and there was no new pain! I was also blown away by how incredibly easy it is to use. I figured I would have to relearn how to use the mouse, but had no trouble setting it up. I recently bought this version because the wireless version had some latency issues that bothered me in my daily work. This mouse is slightly larger but still comfortable and beautiful with RGB LED lighting! I had some trouble downloading mouse drivers through their website (they still refer to downloading over HTTP instead of HTTPS, which Chrome doesn't like) and their tech support responded WITHIN MINUTES very helpfully. I still keep the wireless version. Mouse around for use with my Chromebook. Overall, I am very happy with this company's line of upright mice and would highly recommend them if you have arm, wrist, arm, or shoulder pain associated with heavy computer use.
