Overall, this is a pretty good massage gun. The motor is powerful, it comes with a carrying bag and eight massage heads, which is more than the standard 4-6. I particularly like the Y head, which is usually not included. One downside is that there are only four speeds, while other massagers give you 20-30. While I don't think 30 speeds is necessary, 4 is a little short. The gun is also quite heavy, so you might want to consider a mini massager if your strength is limited.
