The ease of use is really nice! I can send an email to my business associates with links for them so they don't need access or even know that it's there - just click away from your computer once you've sent off what needs sending out (or if someone else wants something mailed).
It also makes things easier when we are in meetings together because instead having everyone bring their laptops/phones around at all times during our time spent working as colleagues etc., this way people have one place where everything goes without needing constant attention while sitting down next each other doing work related tasks like writing emails / presentations & such.
