Already used?! - my new review

I finally got around to extracting some resin today. and opened these bags I purchased 2 months ago. They are USED! They even smell like hash and have several stains. Check the pictures. I wish I could say I was a bad customer and already used them and am trying to get my money back, but I bought these NEW bubble bags only to find they have been USED! There’s even a rip! How can y’all screw up like this?

Pros

Used with dry ice, first run got full melt, and does a good job between three different grades.

Cons

bags rips near top ,making them useless or fall into the water...
