There was a lack of responsiveness from customer support, which resulted in long wait times and refusal to resolve issues with the purchase. The overall lack of clarity regarding shipping and return policies, inconsistent sizing, and unhelpful customer service render TOETOS, despite its wide range of fashionable offerings, an unattractive online purchasing option. If you want a pleasant internet shopping experience, I would not suggest TOETOS.
