This massage tool is cheaply made and broke after just a few uses.It is not effective in relieving any tension or stress, and only causes more discomfort. The only pro is that it is lightweight and easy to maneuver but that does not outweigh the con of it being a complete waste of money. Do not purchase if you value the health and household products you invest in..
