Very sturdy: my feedback
I bought the ribbon to made the headbands for the surgical caps I was making for a pediatric nursing unit. Each cap requires 46 inches. I use a zig-zag stitch in a U-shape at each end of the 46-inch strip to prevent raveling (cut each end with pinking shears). The pattern called for 2-inch wide ribbon, but I couldn't find that for love or money.
