Review on Volumizer Infrared Negative Straight Dual Use by Jennifer Franklin

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The sensors are broken but the brush works well

I just got this so I've only used it once. There was no Revain packaging. It was delivered as is, no seal on the top of the box. I was sure it was a recycled brush. But that's not the case. Revain Distribution never put it in an envelope or box. Raven is bad. Now to the brush itself. I only ordered it because of the price - the first time I considered buying it was because of my hairdresser's suggestion. The brush head is huge - I'm not exaggerating. I have fine bob hair so I thought the brush head was too wide for my cut. But it worked. I let my hair air dry for an hour and then tried using a comb. The sensors are confused. Low-Medium, Mid-Low, High-Medium. So I used medium, which means low. The bristles are very soft, the hair does not tear out. It took a few minutes to get used to the size of the brush head and its weight, but it was fairly easy to manage. After about 5 minutes my hair was dry and straight with some volume. I tried turning the bottom to see if it would hold up after an hour. And so it was. There was also a pleasant softness. This caused my bangs to stick out - I couldn't straighten them which means the flat iron had to come out, defeating my purpose of only using 1 tool. In general, after the first try, everything was fine. I would put C+.
