Review on BADGER Ginger Tissue Massage Ounce by Luz Rojas

Opinion from a Retired Massage Therapist

I am a retired massage therapist licensed in Oregon and have some thoughts on this. for the skin (hair and other things), but most therapists use almonds, grape seeds and other "finer substances". Extra virgin is very thick, but I've always used it to please customers. Oil is mixed with olive oil, but mostly just olive oil. I had an elderly client who spent a lot of money to see a dermatologist to try and get rid of pimples on her face but to no avail. when she told me that I asked if she had extra virgin olive oil. "Yes, a bit for cooking". 'Try it on your face'. 'What? Vitamin E is very viscous. Someone mentioned that this badger isn't warm/hot enough. I have found this to be true and it is because oils are too thick and difficult to penetrate deeply into the tissues. however: I found a wonderful massage oil called SOLUTIONS NOW. All NOW oils are "thin/light” oils like grapeseed oil. BAJER rubs my legs very well. Then add a few drops, not much, of "NOW" to the results of BAJER and YES HEAT/HOT and you can massage the oils deep into the skin. NOW also adds great oils like Lavender, Chamomile, Patchouli, Grape Seed, Apricot, Sweet Almond, Pine Needle, Geranium, Vitamin E (Soy).

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors
