I returned this product due to an inaccurate product description"- There are no visible cosmetic defects at arm's length." This is the main problem.1. The back of the laptop was covered with a black matte sticker, sticking is a big problem. Furthermore, it turned out to have been hastily cropped to show the Lenovo logo on the back, probably in the process of "updating"2. The screen was visibly damaged from dirt on the keyboard and could not be removed. The screen cover needs to be replaced as it is clearly visible even when the screen is on.3. Most of the cracks in the keyboard were heavily soiled, suggesting they didn't even remove the bezel to clean it. Anyone considering purchasing this product, please do so with the understanding that one or more of the list items on this list may be ignored during your "upgrade" process. What they delivered to me didn't match the price of $400.
