Review on Bath faucet Grohe 24206002 chrome by Petar Atanasov-robi ᠌

I'm waiting for a response from a Grohe representative, what should I do about it? Can it be exchanged under warranty or returned? So you pay for a famous brand and that's it? What about build quality? Do you get "Chinese" that is collected in the basement? It makes sense then to overpay if even cheaper similar mixers don’t have this, I’m apparently as blind as the one who assembled it, I don’t understand how I didn’t notice right away, maybe it has deformed since the time, I don’t know.
