We needed to use this program for our accounting department as an internal application that would help us track information internally in order run reports with other tools like spreadsheets or database software programs such has SQL server management studio etc..

This is very helpful especially if there are many people working together using it within one office space! It helps keep everyone's documents organized which was something I personally wanted when trying out different computers but didn't know what else could do exactly how i want my computer set up (i am not tech savvy)!
