This product seems to work as described. It was very easy to assemble and the directions were adequate. If I had ordered only one of these products, it certainly would have been a 5. However, on the second container, the plastic had defects from the manufacturing process. This caused the pieces not to fit together properly and one of the latches not to click. I had to get scissors and cut the excess plastic away. Additionally, the top of the second one had a large dent in it, despite no obvious damage to the box. Clearly, the company that built the second one failed to quality check their product. That being said, it should work as intended.
