I love that we can monitor our customers' engagement with us through surveys and also use this as an opportunity for nurturing new leads. Very easy to set up, so no worries there! It's great to be able to give them what they want without having to develop anything new. As of now there are some minor bugs that are causing it to freeze when loading, but nothing that is too major. Just keep an eye out for that and you will be fine. We've been using this service since we started out. It has helped us build stronger relationships with our clients and has given us a better idea of their needs and wants, which has allowed us to help them better.
