Review on Spectrum TV Remote Control: Choose from 3 Types, Compatible with Time Warner, Brighthouse, and Charter Cable Boxes (Pack of 2, UR5U-8780L) by Rich Ferguson

We are longtime customers of Brighthouse cables which makes us a part of the Spectrum community. Our cable box remote would have to be at least 10 years old and a few buttons just wouldn't work properly anymore. In order to get a new remote, we need to get Spectra's permission to return it, take it to a UPS store, and ship it in the mail. put it in the spectrum and then wait for the replacement remote to arrive. In the meantime, we are experiencing real discomfort on our main TV. When I saw this remote on the Revain listing with the exact same model number as now, I bought a two pack (we have another cable box at home and I'm pretty sure the remote will wear out soon). The remotes are today (someday with Prime) and they're identical to what we have except for the label spectrum on them instead of the bright house. The included booklet has perfect instructions and we were able to reprogram our TV and even our soundbar (from two different manufacturers) in less than 2 minutes. We are back to normal and very happy with the product.
