I bought a medium size (9-10) for my 7.5 year old daughter. Her height is about 3ft 8 - 3ft 9ft. I have specifically ordered the size so she would have enough room to grow into her.If you look at my photos it is large on her as I would have guessed.So I would say the measurements are accurate based on her size chart.I recommend wearing a t-shirt or t-shirt underneath. It's soft and comfortable to the touch. My daughter likes it. In general, I'm happy with the purchase.
