Be sure to order one size up from your usual size, as many people say these straps are smaller than you would expect. Luckily, I took the advice of previous users and ordered a large instead of my usual medium size. I have a 34 waist so based on the size chart I would get a medium size but it would actually be too small. I also really like these bandages. They fit perfectly on the pocket, hips and waist. The fabric is very comfortable. The blue color is beautiful and bright.
