Product does what it says on the tin, locks threads without cementing the screws for life. I had to install some small metal screws into the polycarbonate. The bolts kept loosening and I didn't want to tighten them with 75 pounds of torque. The tiniest drop of Permatex held it in place, and when I had to unscrew a trial screw to get more, it came out with the expected pressure. I've since used this for door hinges that tend to come loose and the problem is gone. Bravo Permatex!
