I read through all the reviews and hesitated on purchasing. I have used the original product, "Cat's Claw Gel" for several years. I could massage it into my aching thumbs at bedtime, and they would stay cool for hours, and upon waking in the morning feel much improved. This replacement product seems to be less effective, only offering an hour or two of cooling relief, so I need to apply it before bedtime, and then again at bedtime. Still, it is better than any other topical gel for arthritis relief that I have tried in the past.
