Let me say in the foreword that I like this, it's a great thing but it doesn't come cheap. Because it's so expensive (because KIWI knows there's basically only one version that's this compact and does the job really well), the build quality leaves a lot to be desired. I gave 4 stars because it works. He's doing his job. But cheap plastic is not the same. Additionally, fans have gone from almost silent to meat crunching. Maybe it's partly my own fault as I'm dancing in virtual reality and banging my head here and there every once in a while. I tried replacing with Revine they said with QIWI. Still waiting for a response 2 weeks after sending the replacement message. My first complaint was that one of the fans stopped working, but I literally gave it a good smack with my hand and that fan has been working ever since, lol. Sometimes hitting something works, lol. My main gripe at the moment is how noisy the device has become over time. For those who buy it, it's really great. But please, IF YOU GIVE A GUARANTEE, PLEASE MAKE A SETUP YOURSELF AND BUY A GUARANTEE. I thought I'd be fine, which was stupid of me because I always buy product warranties. I won't make that mistake again. Guarantee means I can contact Revain or the relevant party. Working with KIWI still didn't get me very far after Revain sent me their information. To be honest I'll probably end up buying another device if it fails completely and next time buy an extra warranty on it because this thing really saves my eyes in VR. In general, she is reliable. You can feel the air moving through the headset which was a much needed relief for me. My contacts have dried out due to the heat in the headset, but it uses a fan to keep the air moving and reminds my eyes to blink. Without them I forget to blink a lot and dry the contacts so that nothing can be seen. It's really necessary. I know my rating is pretty rough, but then again, this is partly my fault and I know it. But if the processing quality were better, then it would be 5 stars without any complaints.
