Takes A15 bulbs, not A19 bulbs

Excellent light. All the reviews say that the bulbs are touching the lampshade because people are trying to install A19 medium base bulbs instead of A15 medium base bulbs which are suitable for use. A15 bulbs are shorter and typically used for decorative lighting such as ceiling fans. This will solve your problem. The manual says A15. Nice light and worth the money.
