Review on 🕯️ EricX Light Candle Wick Trimmer - Polished Stainless Steel Wick Cutter by Randi Heleotes

I've only recently become fascinated with candles and all things candle related, so I've learned that every self-respecting candle maker should have a wick trimmer. Now I also understand why before, when I lighted candles less frequently, there was always this black plume of smoke when I lit the candle for the first time after a previous use. Now that's gone because of this wick trimmer. If you use it, your candle will burn essentially clean. There are no initial black smoke stains (which can eventually coat your walls with soot from candle smoke) and it makes the head look a lot neater and neater. When I started I used nail clippers (as scissors helped as long as they couldn't get in). Eventually I pulled out the fork and got this as it also helps hold the cut off portion of the candle on the small cutting platform until you can toss it in the bin. Smart pricing, felt good. Feels sturdy and isn't cheaply made either. Cuts wicks precisely and, as mentioned, also catches cut wicks so they don't fall into the candle. It does have a bit of an angle though, so it may work for many and might not work for some others, especially when you hit the bottom. So just keep that in mind. If you never trim the wicks I would highly recommend doing this and rather than using regular household tools I recommend a specialized tool like this as it really helps and makes the process easier.
