I bought them because I have dogs who like ninjas to shit around the house and because I don't like big utility bills due to the cluttered air conditioner not liking all the doors closed as expected I had to find something that said Ninja dogs not allowed to enter unoccupied rooms. Found these. Liked the price. Thought it was a good idea. I inserted them. And no. Just no. Hooks on self-adhesive squares. Any pressure on these things after installation will result in their complete destruction. And when they're up, you'd better just step over them if you're big enough. You can't just unhook it and replace it. no sir You have to jump over the damn thing, like the Olympics. No brother. I just want to pee. Secure. No face planting. However. Yes. If you are not trying to prevent a single spring from entering a room at floor level, you should buy this gate again.
