Base does not extend sufficiently for Jeep Grand Cherokee WK2 Series 2011 and up

This item fits the correct thread but the extension at the bottom of the antenna mast is not large enough. The OEM measures 13/16" at the bottom of the torch to match the mount. This measurement can be 1/2 inch at the base of the torch. So yes, it will fit. If you want an OEM install for part number 6829736AA this is not the case.
