Review on Cirrus TMS by Mark Sutovsky

The ease of use for dispatchers who don't have any previous experience with this software as well those experienced users! There are still some functions I wish they would add but it's been great so far!! We haven’t found anything we dislike yet either which has made our transition into using CIRRUS seamless & easy.

It was hard at first getting used too because there were many features you could get confused about or not know how best utilize them all together until after training from an expert user (Cirru Support). This can be confusing when new employees come onboard if no other support resources available. Benefits include real time information/data accessability across departments such data analysis capabilities including reporting tools etc., ability to view daily reports easily throughout day via mobile devices allowing 24 hour visibility /accessibility without being tied down by desktops.
