Works! I wasn't sure if this is a Bernina needle threader replacement but I can't buy one from Bernina alone. My needle threader had broken with a broken piece, not just a misaligned one. A misaligned needle threader can be adjusted, but a defective needle threader cannot. This one slides and locks in place just like the one I took off and still works great. Considering that this type of needle threader is delicate on every machine and this replacement will likely be the same, I'm still glad the needle threader currently works without having to take the machine for service (and pay for it) before it comes. Time. The typo on the packaging didn't increase my confidence, but the direct comparison of what I removed and what the new one made is identical. For now yes, I would recommend it as a replacement for the needle threader. (Bernina Q20 quilt, also fits my B780 and B560)
