Review on Tidyard by Michael Norwood

Tidyard's shopping experience was disappointing

I was eager to explore Tidyard as a furniture enthusiast because it bills itself as a one-stop shop for all of my indoor and outdoor furniture requirements. But my interaction with them during the buying process was a total letdown. The first problem is that their website's user interface is difficult to use and makes it difficult to locate the products you're looking for. Second, they have terrible customer service because they ignored my questions about the goods. In addition, the furniture I purchased was of poor quality and fell short of my expectations. The components were shoddy built, and some of them were already damaged when they arrived. The procedure of returning the items was a pain because it took so long and cost me extra money. Overall, I had a frustrating and disappointing encounter with Tidyard. I wouldn't advise anyone searching for high-quality furniture and dependable customer service to shop at this online retailer.

Pros
  • Comprehensive inventory of both interior and outdoor seating options
Cons
  • Unsturdily built furnishings
