Review on 🛏️ TAOSON 100% Cotton 300 Thread Count Body Pillow Cover - Dark Grey, 21"x54" - Pillowcase Protector with Zippers by Anurag Case

As of 01/02/19 the product description says "These are not pillowcases with zippers." (I've uploaded a screenshot in case the seller decides change the text afterwards). Yes, the pillowcase I received had a zipper. The narrow zippered opening made the pillow VERY difficult to put on. I gave up after getting about 1/4 of the pillow. And to be honest I don't think it would matter because the pillowcase is shorter than the 54" pillow I bought (54" pillowcase needs to be LARGER than 54" as 54" inch should refer to the pillow size). THEN I found out I can't return it! The "My Orders" page says "This item is non-refundable". When I click the 'VIEW RETURNS POLICY' button just below this post, it takes me to Revain's general 'About our Returns Policy' page. There is nothing here about pillowcases being non-refundable. I will contact Revain about this. EDIT: The Revain rep in chat said the value of the item was so low that they shouldn't process the return so they refunded me instead. Be sure to contact them if you want a refund, but be sure to let them know about the poor quality of the product and the misleading description! Let's save other people time and nerves.
