For me, the quality of whey supplements is more important than the price. I've tried several high quality brands including: (1) Raw Organic Whey, (2) Opportuniteas Grass-fed Whey Protein Isolate, (3) Antler Farm Whey Isolate, and (4) Naked Whey. that I will be using two protein products going forward: one chocolate flavored (for quick mixing with post-workout water) and one unflavored (for smoothies where I can add my own fruit and flavor with almond milk, coconut water, etc.) . ). When it comes to chocolate flavored protein powder, NOTHING beats Bluebonnet. First, an excellent amino acid profile (good BCAA ratio). The protein content ratio is very good (for flavored foods, 26g of protein in a 33g scoop is pretty decent). Little sugar. The ingredient list looks clean - nothing superfluous. But where Bluebonnet really shines is in flavor and solubility. It doesn't have a chalky taste (like many other chocolate-flavored proteins). As for my choice of unflavored protein, I won't discuss it here as it is irrelevant to the product in question. Note: This is one of the 4 brands listed above.
