There are a few problems and it's hard to tell if they're related to the product, my hard drive, or my computer. There are no instructions at all for the adapter, so you'll have to go back to Revain's list. There's no product name on the box at all, so you'll have to find the manufacturer and then find their tech support website. On MY computer, USB 3.0 provided an unstable connection, so I couldn't reliably locate the files on the drive that I was trying to recover. Connecting to the USB 2 port solved this problem. (It was USB 3 specifically for the box, but backwards compatible with USB 2.) I'm not too computer savvy, but I've been working for a while and shouldn't have had these issues. I got it working from time to time and it was worth the money when it worked.
