That's a good roulette. I like: the hook that doesn't stretch much on each side of the band, the FIVE rivets on the hook, the easy locking of the band, the tension of the spring is just right so it pulls the band in but doesn't snap it back into place and the size is comfortable in my hand. I don't like: the edge of the hook covering all tape measure marks up to 1/4 inch and that there is no way to get an accurate reading on the tape when the tape is used to measure the inside measurements. - There is simply no flat surface on the front of the case to match the markings on the tape.
