I liked it from the start and being mad I just jumped in and didn't read the included (and clear) manual: I opened it up and wondered where the support legs were and then discovered they had to be twisted out. OK. My 17" laptop slid into the armrests fairly easily, but I found that one of the plastic pads holding the laptop was quite dislodged. I'm wondering if this will be a problem in the future. The cushion and putting it in the right place was easy, but then again I'm not too happy I had to do it. It's easy to change the angle at which the laptop rests - there are 6. What I like is how light it is. there is, and I like the carrying case that it comes with. I'll probably have to use Gorilla Glue to make sure the pads stay where they should be. 4 stars. [Update: Now all the pads have come loose and it's a hassle. to bring her back. Just a lack of attention to detail ruins this instrument.]
