Let's start with this well made 2 pack Shelf. It comes with a template and good mounting hardware. Was very happy with it. However from China where quality control is lacking. Assembled my first shelf to template with no problems. Light! Using the template I drilled holes for this second shelf and installed the shelf. It was crooked. What for? The template is only good if the holes in the shelf itself match up. However, this wasn't the case. The holes weren't in the same plane, which caused the installation through the template crooked. Instead of going through the replacement process, I took out my Dremel tool and reamed the bottom hole in the right place. Just be sure to pay attention to the hole alignment if you have one use template.
