I have CP on my hands and feet and use special body gels, scrubs and lotions which have helped but never got rid of it all at once. I use this shower gel exfoliating brush every day and within 5 days there has been a significant improvement. The only thing is since it needs a lot of exfoliation it's not the most comfortable brushing experience but my skin usually only gets flushed for a few minutes so if you have very sensitive skin I don't recommend this, otherwise it's amazing!
