I have CP on my hands and feet and use special body gels, scrubs and lotions which have helped but never got rid of it all at once. I use this shower gel exfoliating brush every day and within 5 days there has been a significant improvement. The only thing is since it needs a lot of exfoliation it's not the most comfortable brushing experience but my skin usually only gets flushed for a few minutes so if you have very sensitive skin I don't recommend this, otherwise it's amazing!

I've only used this product a couple of times but it feels good. It feels good in the hand and is not too rough on the skin. The instructions say you can start with straight lines and then work into circular motions after a few weeks. If you are sensitive, you can use lotion or oil during the peeling. When using it in the shower I noticed the bristles are rough. I've only used it once so I think the more I use it the more I realize what it can do for the bumps behind my thighs while my skin gets used to it. I use this product with coffee scrub. I would recommend trying a few times before giving up.

I live in Arizona. My skin is dry all year round and this causes ingrown hairs. I also have sensitive skin. I've been using it for over a month now and it really works to get rid of the dry skin that contributes to ingrown hairs. It is also very suitable as a full body scrub. I bought this handy brush a few weeks ago and have used it a number of times. Opens/cleans clogged pores on skin surface well; be it ingrown hairs or skin conditions like CP.
