This is very large, and the buttons to open work very well (and are kind of fun, frankly). Both sides are connected, but can be removed separately as well, which could be nice…. But the pm goes backwards. This makes sense when they are together, but could be confusing if used separately. My one huge complaint with this item is that the inside is not curved so that you can easily slide your pills out. This product is not meant for support but for the sense of some protection and range of motion. I have had surgery on my ruptured patellar and this seemed to be a good product to start with. I ordered the large and it is comfortable and provide some sense of protection but with the material it is made from will not provide support. Keeps my coffee hot for a while. The biggest downside for me is that the coffee seems to not flow smoothly out of the opening (maybe surface tension of the liquid vs the hole size/material?). Great fit and color, very cute. I have a larger chest, 36-d. It’s fitted but I didn’t feel like it was too tight.
