Girls in our family get raised bumps after shaving, and with regular use of the brush they decrease in number and size. The brush is more for prophylaxis when shaving than trying to get rid of pimples after shaving. The use with very light, spring-like pressure should be emphasized. The brush can be used VERY GENTLE on baby's scalp for a light massage OR to gently remove the cradle, especially when combined with essential oils. There is a star deduction because of the softness. it would be nice if it was a little softer.
