Works well as a spare
06 fxt, Good product seems to work at around the same temperature but the plastic part is cracked and still had to be replaced. You can really see the efficiency when you come back to the car after a recent drive and the temp gauge gets low again. Cools down quickly. The fan assembly is secured with standard screws, but runs fairly close to the belt cover with added thickness. It helped me to install the heatsink first and then attach the fans. Well packed with cool penguin air freshener. Used Subaru Additive and Peak Global. Adds a little more weight to the nose
