Yes, Phillips screwdrivers do vary in quality. Every time I assemble furniture or fix something in my car, I look for Phillips screwdrivers of different sizes and shapes. Not with THIS. It may sound trite, but this is the BEST Phillips screwdriver I've ever used. I've been using this for years and then it occurred to me that I'd better buy more of these since all the others I've bought and used have sucked. I only had one and luckily I could read the make and model on the handle. I bought two more with this order. I hope they don't stop making this product. The ONLY Phillips screwdriver you will ever need, unless you need a SMALL or LARGE screwdriver. It fits EVERYONE in between and I've had YEARS of use and abuse and it STILL is great.
