Adjustable, fantastic quality. Pleasantly surprised. Little girl loves it :)

They run a little big from what I understand, but what I thought was really cool was the adjustable velcro straps at each waist. We simply folded up the bottom of the pants, tightened the waist and realized that you can now wear these pants for more than a year. she loves them!
