I have struggled with bad breath for several years. It came on for a few weeks and then kept going away and I could never figure out why. I would try so many things including completely changing the food I eat. After further research on the Internet, I came across this system for treating bad breath. I thought I had nothing to lose but a few bucks and my breathing was just awkward. Upon arrival I noticed it was a simple 3 step process but felt the instructions were lacking. You brush your teeth with toothpaste, then clean your tongue with one of two scrapers (both have the same rating, although I think they should be two different tourniquets) and then use your mouthwash. I couldn't believe how much dirt came off my tongue after the first scratch. I think that was my problem all along. I can only say that I no longer have a problem with bad breath. After 2 days it was completely gone. My tongue hurt for the first few days, but now it's normal. I will be a longtime user of this product and cannot recommend it highly enough.
