As someone with a history of lower back surgery I have been using a similar product for several years. Unfortunately I forgot to remove this product from my old car during a car swap. The chiropractor who gave me this product no longer sells it, but this Model Q turned out to be very similar. After using it for a few weeks it is doing the same job as my chiropractor's. Like my old one, you notice it the moment you first sit in his seat, but then he adjusts to his body, or your body adjusts to his presence and you forget he's there. I expect to use it for some time and if it ever wears out I'll order another.
