I had a problem with the assembly of parts and although it was my misunderstanding the company helped very quickly. They can only build it in the configurations given in their instructions and I got it wrong, but with their help I was able to make it the way I needed it. This is a great way to add storage to your RV and we are happy with this product. The only thing that might help is the latches on the doors. Because we're in a van, they don't drive as straight as they might need, and some doors don't stay closed. Some sort of clasp would be in order and would solve this problem. Overall great for what we need. Thank you!
