The straps on this backpack are easily adjustable and very comfortable. They don't leave a mark, even with the shit that's in me. I don't use a large handle so I'm glad it can be easily removed. The holder on the side allows me to keep a water bottle with me, which is especially handy when we're out of town. It not only has many pockets, but is also very spacious. I keep my keys in my front pocket for easy access. I had to clean it up which is very easy if you spill something on the outside just wipe it up. I had to throw it in the washing machine and just hung it up to dry. Doesn't compress and comes out broken or wrong. Lightweight backpack that is very comfortable to wear even over long periods of time.
